How to Get Help

If you have questions or problems with PlayOn, try the following to get quick help:

The Technical Issues forum often has "Known Issues" and "Fixed" posts that are up-to-date with the latest problems and workarounds for PlayOn. Make sure you take a look!

Our blog also often has information about new features and what's to come.

If you are experiencing technical difficulties after installing PlayOn that you couldn't resolve through our FAQ or forum, please send us an official support request through PlayOn Settings, which can be found under Start > All Programs > PlayOn > PlayOn Settings. This will send us diagnostic logs, which we can use to figure out what may be going wrong.

If you are having problems installing PlayOn on your PC (and therefore cannot access PlayOn Settings Manager for support requests), you may contact our support team directly at support@themediamall.com.

Note that only installation issues will be answered via the support email. All other technical issues must be submitted via PlayOn Settings.
